Setting up Oculus – Hardware
Step 1: Connect Headset Cable to your computer
Plug both the HDMI connector and the USB connector to your computer. If your computer does not have a HDMI input, you can also use the DVI included in the box.
Step 2: Connect the positional tracker cables
Insert the sync cable and usb cable to your positional tracker and connect the ends to the power and USB connectors. You can then simple attach the positional tracker to your laptop/screen.
Step 3: Power up the headset!
